Who We Are
Pro-Housing Partners believes that unified messaging and smart policy is key to creating the abundant communities, counties, states, and country that we need to end poverty and homelessness. We know that elected officials hold the power to address housing scarcity and poverty, and that we can help them unlock their power by offering tangible, proven solutions to address housing insecurity in their jurisdiction, and strategies to educate and cultivate an engaged community voter base.
Pro-Housing Partners is creative, innovative, and resourceful. We know that poverty and homelessness do not have to exist, and we have decades of homeless services, systems, and housing experience to make that a reality through partnership and relationships with advocates and elected officials.
Meet The Founder
Pro-Housing Partners is founded and led by Caitlin Rose, a bi-coastal homelessness and housing expert who has worked in homelessness response, system reform, and policy advocacy for nearly 20 years.
Pro-Housing Partners embraces the values that Caitlin brings to the work: results-driven, creative, and thorough, with an innate ability to create clear, action-oriented processes to quickly drive outcomes. Caitlin is passionate about housing as a cornerstone to community development and transformation, and views it as an opportunity for communities to invest in their future, integrating transportation, economic opportunity, and environmental conservation into all of Pro-Housing Partners’ strategies.
